Each year, our district conducts a short questionnaire to help us identify students who may qualify for support under the McKinney-Vento Act (students experiencing housing challenges). This helps us ensure that all students have access to the resources and assistance they need.

Because family circumstances can change throughout the year, we kindly ask that you take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire, even if you have filled it out in the past.
