K16 Bridge

The K16 Bridge Program was designed by a group of K-12 and community college teachers, instructors, counselors, and administrators to finally unite K-12 with community colleges and four year institutions. The goal of the program is to increase the number of students transitioning to post-secondary institutions by making the K-12 schools an active participant in the process. Participating California colleges include:  

Antelope Valley College
Barstow College
Cerritos College
Hartnell Community College
Mission Community College
Reedley Community College
Taft Community College
Victor Valley College
West Valley Community College
